King Cake, Epiphany, Kings, and Queens: whether it be pulling a bean from the cake as a young lady is selected Queen, or enjoying this delectable dessert by command of His Majesty, King Cake has, for over a century, been an intimate part of celebrating the New Orleans culture of social royalty.
